Mini-Course: Jewish Farming in the Modern Era

This two-part virtual mini-course will explore the Jewish agricultural settlement movement that spanned the Americas, Eastern Europe, and the land of Israel from the 1880s to the 1950s, as well as more recent developments in Israel and the United States. The sessions will be held on February 16 and February 23, from 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm, and are presented by Bildner Visiting Scholar Jonathan Dekel-Chen, the Rabbi Edward Sandrow Chair in Soviet & East European Jewry at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
